Qigong for vitality, health and relaxation
Qi gong is a gentle yet powerful exercise practice originating in China over 5000 years ago which can improve your energy levels and help you feel more relaxed.
You don’t need to be fit or active or have lots of energy to do qigong. In fact you will be surprised to find you GAIN energy during the practice. It’s a great way to restore a feeling of well-being to body and mind for any person at any level of fitness. If you are fit, it can improve your fitness and if you are unfit, it will help you become fitter with greater circulation of health and vitality.
There is no experience or equipment needed, the postures are graceful and easy to do and can be done standing, sitting down or even lying down (if needed). As you become more experienced, you can deepen your practice and gain equilibrium of body mind and heart.
Each class combines qigong postures, guided meditation and specific exercises for health such as improving the energy flows in the thyroid, liver, heart and lungs, kidneys, spleen, intestines and more.
The aim of each class is for participants to receive a boost to their energy and feelings of well-being, both inner and outer.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
Gina Saler has been practising Qi Gong for five years now and is also a qualified nutritionist and homoepath. Gina has taught extensively at the major Sydney Colleges, Hopewood Health Centre and seniors homes running wellness, yoga, gentle exercise and qi gong classes. Gina enjoys teaching people of all ages and will combine qi gong with other practices such as meditation to create a class experience that is perfect for all participants.
